Dance!

I started my contemporary dance lessons again.
After a 3-year break (the time I spent in London), I’m back at the dance school. The bad news is I’m no longer in the advanced class. I’m too rusty, I need to catch up.
Nevertheless, in a month’s time, we’ll be opening the local Dance Festival (Quinzena da Dança de Almada) with a public performance and we’re already rehearsing.
It feels so good to be there again!!!!

When I left my job, my friends gave me a leaving present.
They knew I had already shipped all my things to Portugal so they didn’t buy anything big or heavy. A voucher from a shop would mean that I would have to buy something in the UK and carry it with me to Portugal…
So they gave me a leaving card and an envelope with cash.
In Euros!
If you think in GPB, a few pounds won’t be enough for what I bought. But convert that into Euros (in Portugal) and if you take a good look around you can buy good things.
I bought a dinning table and kitchen table.
Went to that Swedish furniture shop, of course.
